BCBC April 21st Member Meeting

Speaker is Sue Chalmers, BCBC Member, who will present on the Southgate Meadow Project. Located on the NE corner of Southgate Blvd.in Tamarac, Florida, Sue and many volunteers converted a plot of mowed land to pollinator meadow, by removing invasive plants, planting natives, and spreading seeds. Sue will share how she received permission to use this plot of land, the steps taken to create and care for the meadow and the species that have been observed in and around the garden.
